Camp Arrival/Check In Process
The Beasley overnight program begins with Residential check in time on Sunday from Noon-2PM.  Campers will be permitted to leave Wednesday at noon. Commuters check in time is on Sunday from 1-2PM, ending at approximately 6pm daily.  

Please note: Teams should arrive together as a team and check in together with their Coach.
***Coaches are enrolled for FREE and will be invited to participate in every category with the team.

A brief Parent/Guardian, coach orientation with the BNSS Director will take place at approximately 2pm on Sunday. This brief orientation is MANDATORY for all participants.  Coaches and all parent/guardians are encouraged to attend.  At this time, the Beasley Staff will be introduced, camp rules and daily schedules will be explained and reviewed. There will also be a time for questions and answer between parents/guardians and the Beasley Director(s). The first session will begin immediately after orientation. 

Roomate Requests
All roomate requests must be made no later the 2 weeks prior to to the start of the camp. Teams and Groups registering together at the same time must send an official Rooming Request Form to the Beasley Soccer School Office. 

Medical Insurance
All participants must be properly covered by their own medical insurance and must indicate such coverage by presenting proof of insurance on the official Beasley medical form.  As is indicated on the camp medical release form, campers/parents/guardian understand that they will assume responsibility for any medical bills incurred by their child at the local hospital or local clinic and NOT the Beasley National Soccer School or its Staff. 

Payment/Registration Policies
Full tuition or a $150 deposit is due with fully completed application. Campers will not be permitted to check in on the first day of camp unless full payment has been received and processed by Beez Enterprises LLC.

Camp Refund/Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, a cancellation must be received in writing by mail, fax, or email no later then two weeks prior to the start of camp. Should you have to cancel less than one week prior to the camp start date, a refund will be provided minus a $75 Processing fee.   No refunds or credits will be given for no-shows or expulsions from camp.

**If it is determined by the on-site certified trainer(s) that the camper will not be able to continue training due to a medical reason, the player will need to be picked up from camp and the portion of the time missed will be issued as a prorated credit.
